The Selection Process

Companies, products, brands services and individual must qualify in the criteria used based on the market research and survey made by the Philcom’s Research Team. The company, product brand , services and individual being chosen will have the privilege to be recognized in the Asian Top Choice Awards for Excellence (ATCAE) and is conferred the “Seal of Excellence” which can be use in their business and marketing campaign. 

Selection are based on the nominations from independent body of different industry or category. Market Research and Survey is being conducted by the Survey Group through Street Interview, Word of mouth, Personal and Telephone Interviews and Focused Group Discussions. Our panel of judges will select a shortlist of companies for each award.

Product and Service Reliability

The company, product or brand, service and individual must perform its intended function for a given period of time under a given set of conditions.

Customer Concern & Intimacy

The company, services and individual gets close to their clients through their marketing strategy. The benefits of greater customer intimacy for a company/services might include improved highly tailored problem solving capabilities and greater adaption of products to customer needs, as well as higher customer loyalty levels.

Ethical Business Practices

The company, services and individuals must observe good ethical principles.

Product and Service Excellence

The company, product, brand, services and individual must deliver consistently of a high value/price experience, day after day, year after year, regardless of who happens to be on the front lines of the delivery process.

Product and Service Trustworthiness

The company, products, brands, services and individuals must observe authenticity and reliability.
